I cannot speak highly enough on the service I received from Grays Cars Mot Ltd. I had a full service and MOT carried out to my Golf mk7. They listened to my concerns and offered multiple solutions, they kept me informed throughout the whole process as to what needed to be replaced. They worked with me on getting the replacements fixed and DID NOT quote outrageous prices! They were all honest and respectful men, I will be now bringing my vehicle and family vehicles to this garage moving forward. Thank you and I look forward to your services again!
I recently had my brakes and suspension repaired, and the service was outstanding! The mechanic was professional, thorough, and efficient. Everything was explained clearly, the pricing was fair, and the work was done on time. My van now drives perfectly, and I feel much safer on the road. Highly recommend to anyone in need of a skilled mechanic!
Recently took my car for servicing and the team offered excellent service as well as a competitive price. I returned this month as I had a gear box issue. The team collected my car, located the issue and charged me reasonably all within a week.
I took my Volvo in for the suspension arms to be replaced and for new discs and brake pads. Work was excellent, kept me informed along the way, even sent video, kept old parts for me to check. I felt reassured I wasn’t being ripped off. Would highly recommend them and will be going back for other work.
