From the initial viewing, test drive and final purchase, all went without a flaw. Dealt throughout with Jade, who is a very pleasant and personable person. Couldn't fault her attitude and commitment. There was minor problem where the spare key was missing, however between Jade and David this was resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible. I would highly recommend Drive in to others, they carry a good quality stock, and as previously stated are very friendly and attentive. I'm sure we can all quote car buying experiences, that are far from satisfactory. This is far from being one of those. Well done to all, keep up the good work.

Just back from a service of my Subaru Forester at Drive In Autocentre, Halesowen. I have been using them to look after my car for years, you will find no better. This service, 87000 miles on the clock, was carried out in a professional, timely and cost effective manner, timeliness and cost being exactly what Dave told me it would be when booking it in a short while ago. Car was handed back to me having been properly cleaned with a written breakdown of all work and checks carried out. Perfect. Massive mention for Serena and Jade at Reception, courteous, polite, friendly, nuts. They make the visit, They'll do for me. Thank you Subaru -great vehicle, great service.
I’ve dealt with literally dozens of car dealers over the years, but the service from Dave and Jade was exceptional, very professional and a pleasure to deal with, no pressure and the car was exactly as described, I’d definitely recommend this Subaru dealership, and would buy from them again without hesitation. Well worth contacting if you’re in the market for a Subaru.
Dealt with Dave mainly but all the staff were really friendly and helpful. After my Mercedes main dealer failed to diagnose a fault properly and communicated poorly I totally lost confidence in them. Dave was recommended and he diagnosed the issue within 15 mins and the repair was done within a week, probably would've been sooner if it wasn't for the wait for the parts! Can't fault them
