First thing I done was call around multiple businesses and explain the issues, out of everyone I called (circa 20 businesses!) Richard at Doritech was the most helpful and knowledgeable. After a 50 minute conversation we decided to get booked in for an initial inspection and diagnostics. Richard managed to point out the problems and followed it up by providing suggestions on how to resolve them. Car was put on a back burner due to a few personal circumstances and eventually sold to make way for a dream car I had been eyeing up. Throughout the entire process Richard was very helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating and you can see through his enthusiasm that he thoroughly enjoys what he does. You can be rest assured if you ever carry out work with Doritech Motorsport you will be safe as houses. 10/10 service and will definitely be using again. Thank you!
Called Doritech motors today after reading fantastic Google reviews. I spoke with Richard who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly honest! Richard took the time to help me troubleshoot issues with our car, which I'm extremely grateful for! Richard also took the time to explain the issues I was having, which was really helpful for me, being a logical person I like to understand the problem for myself. I would 100% recommend Doritech Motorsport! Thank you for all your help today Richard, I'm so grateful!
Trustworthy, helpful and professional Hands down, one of the best companies I have encountered with. I have a project that required me to source parts and services from very distant parts of the world, which is often very tricky and risky. At one point I've encountered with Richard from Doritech and I can't be any happier about this. I am not an easy customer, but he has managed to provide me with what I needed, showing his competence and patience. We even had one issue with a defective part that required replacement, but he has sent me the new one quickly and without hesitation. Thank you, Rich! Best of luck!
1st time using Clarkey at Doritech motorsport, and have to say the service I received was second to none, kept me updated with what he was doing or any problems that he found with pictures and videos. Always happy to offer his time for advice from the wealth of knowledge he has, and his genuine passion for cars filled me with confidence that he would treat my car with the care and respect you’d want from someone working on your pride and joy. Highly recommend this place and wouldn’t think twice about using again :)
Booked in recently for what was meant to be quite a straight forward job, turns out it wasn't so simple. Unfortunately, for myself and Richard, we ran into a few difficulties along the way and some extra work was needed. Richard was extremely helpful in providing his opinion and various solutions for the fix. Professional yet very friendly service through out, providing photos and clear communications whilst the work was getting done. Somehow made the painful experience of unexpected work a pleasant one. I wouldn't hesitate to revisit Doritech and will be going back in the future for other work.
