So, my car was making this loud racket from the exhaust, and since I had just had it replaced at LTC Brierley Hill, I figured I’d swing by the Halesowen branch since it was closer to home. Right from the start, the team was super friendly. They took my car for a test drive, and it didn’t take long for them to pinpoint the issue. Turns out, the wheel bearing needed replacing. But that’s not all! When they tried to remove the wheel, they found that the brake shoes were pretty worn out and fell apart. Yikes! They also noticed that the handbrake cable needed replacing too. I was a bit worried about the costs, but let me tell you, the price was very competitive, especially considering the quality of work they provided. Chris, Jamie, and Andy were absolute stars! They kept me in the loop throughout the process, and it was clear they really cared about getting everything done right. Honestly, I can’t thank them enough for their help. It feels good to know that my car is in great shape now. I’m definitely a customer for life after this experience! If you’re looking for a reliable garage, I can't recommend LTC Halesowen enough. You’ll be in good hands!
Very nice bunch of people and excellent service at Halesowen branch! My wife had a flat. I called up and checked what needed to be done and sent her to them straight away. Very welcoming good clear service. Even helped out and dropped my wife home as she wasn’t feeling the best and had to wait for the tyre to be delivered to branch. Have used a couple of times now and will continue to do so after genuine excellent service and kindness shown to my wife.
Brought my T5 camper here with a rattle in the suspension. The guys got it up on the ramp straight away and were able to diagnose the problem easily (broken suspension spring). Discussed options and went for a full spring replacement lowering kit as it's an upgrade I was considering anyway. The guys I dealt with here were great and I didn't feel pressured into buying anything un-necessary and they seemed knowledgable about what was the best product to install. I did have to leave the van with them for a day whilst the work was carried out but this was fine with me. Will take my van here again if I get any issues or need any more work doing.
I 100% recommend LTC Halesowen. I've been a customer for years. They are honest guys and not pushy, prices are really good, they get the work you need done efficiently. Very friendly and welcoming. All round perfect service.
They have always been a very friendly and extremely efficient business. They often go out of their way to help and will take on jobs that are not just batteries, brakes, tyres etc. They always try to give the best price and there work is always completed expertly and efficiently. I've taken many different cars here and never had a complaint. I have also recommended this business to many people. Just popped into LTC 15.02.25 and asked for a diagnostic check as the spare car has a niggling problem. My request was dealt with immediately, even though they were busy. Great team of workers and good service yet again.
