They checked over the car that I had just bought and kept me informed of everything in so much detail. I mentioned things that worried me and they put my mind at rest by explaining what it'll be and that it's normal, rather than just saying it was a fault and trying to charge me for unnecessary work. The actual faults they did find they showed me the problems and even managed to get the work done on the same day. They made me feel like they had time for me and that I wasn't just a customer they were trying to get money from. This is definitely the garage I will be using from now on!
The team at Crewe sorted a puncture out for me even though they where very busy & it was late afternoon, Remo on reception organized & Chris carried out the work in remarkable time, many thanks to you both for friendly service...definitely use again. Pete
Had my interim service done here by Chris and the staff. They were all very friendly and helpful in every way possible.
