First time using this garage, when booked the owner was really nice snd not pushy in any way. Dropped the car off and was asked if I required a lift. Had car serviced, air con issues sorted and timing belt water pump done, I was kept in touch regarding the issues and costs. Was really great family run business. Would recommend and will use again.
Excellent customer service and very friendly owners. Dealt with the hassle of my warranty company and went above and beyond to get my vehicle running perfect again. Informed me of issues I wasn’t even aware about and throughout the repairs I had regular updates from John on the situation of my vehicle. Will be highly recommending Burgess Repair Services to my family and friends in the future. Can’t thank these guys enough!!
John and Andy really are running a great place! After an MOT failure in 2019 I took my car in to have the issues corrected at a THIRD of the price the main dealer quoted me. Work was turned round quickly, with clear communication and expectations set. This is now the only place I recommend to people who just need a good honest mechanic to work on any age of vehicle. They're meticulous, explain everything, and even returned a box of removed parts so I could see what they had replaced and why.
Andy and John at Burgess Repair Services Ltd provide an exceptional service. From the extremely courteous initial contact through to ongoing information about the work, up to the very reasonable cost and presentation of the vehicle.
