I was very well looked after by Dawn on my recent visit, who not only took great care of my car and myself, but was also able to connect me with another of her colleagues who was able to give me some helpful advice and information in relation to my vehicle. Fantastic customer service.
Great service, Cupra Crewe sorted my car with no fuss. George and Ash were both excellent. The thank you card and small gift left inside my car was a nice extra touch.
Great service from Cupra Crew again. Maddy was really helpful throughout and communication was really good whilst I was waiting for my car part to arrive. Car was washed and cleaned when I collected from the service team.
Overall approach was professional,but have only one complaint,since my car has been recalled and it was made me aware that it will take 3 days to fix, apparently no one has guided me about courtesy car, even though if it is chargeable. I was left with no option other than to travel all the way from Manchester to Crewe backnforth.
