Matthew was extremely helpful over email and I am over the moon to have saved so much ££ getting a repair instead of a new one. Will be recommending to everyone. Thank you!
Service was second to none. I posted my Haldex unit on the Monday, arrived with Matt Tuesday, was back in the post to me Tuesday night and on my doorstep by Wednesday! It's now back on the car, fully functioning. Highly recommend!
Spoke to Matt regarding issues with my 4x4 system, car had been at the main dealer for ages - £130 an hour @ many hours, my car was gone for days which caused a great deal of stress for no reason. Won't give manufacturers name buts it's a 4 letter word and starts with an F! Anyway these guys have went above and beyond to help me. Would highly recommend these guys. The website has so much details and for a company to be so open and helpful in this day and age is simply amazing!
Excellent advice and service from Matt at Auto Fault Finder. My 2014 Evoque suffered from rear wheel scrabble for several years which could not be resolved despite Haldex servicing with oil and filter replacement. The ECU was modified by Matt, who also stripped and serviced the control valve. The fault was immediately resolved with absolutely no scrabbling! I highly recommend this Company!
Came across AFF via a Youtube video of a mechanic using them to repair a Haldex module. I have had long standing issues and fault codes on my 2014 Tiguan so gave them a go. First class service with repair being completed within 24 hours and back on the car within three days. All fault codes cleared and actually sorted other features we never even knew the car had! Would HIGHLY recommend using Matt, the repair was very reasonably priced and dealt with efficiently and professionally.
