I had an issue with my rear screen washer, inop. The issue has been fixed in very good time and the customer service from initial contact (to explain the fault) to vehicle pick up (fault fixed within 30 minutes) was absolutely outstanding. A very friendly staff who explained everything from start to finish. Will definitely use this car care centre again. I would strongly recommend using them before contacting a dealership and being charged the earth for a less than personal service.
I recently purchased a car that I’d owned for less than a month when I was told it needed £2,000 worth of work done. Feeling completely overwhelmed, I contacted Kerry and her fantastic team, led by her dad, for help. They quickly diagnosed the issue and, rather than let me take on that huge cost, Kerry went above and beyond. She got in touch with the garage where I bought the car, was firm with them, and made sure they took full responsibility for the repairs. Thanks to Kerry, I didn’t have to pay a penny of that £2,000! I’m so grateful for her expertise and support, and I know my SEAT Ateca will be in great hands with Kerry and her team for the rest of its life. It’s true what they say—people buy from people, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car now!
The wife contacted car care in relation to her new car she had owned less than a month needing £2000 worth of work done. Kerry and her a star team which is led by her dad were quick to diagnose the problem and provide help. Kerry saved Jess this £2000 by contacting the garage we got the car from and being stern with them and getting them to take responsibility for the car. Kerry and her dad will be looking after Jessica's seat atec for the rest of its life. People buy people and all that jazz.
