from 193 reviews on GoogleInitially requested a callback from Crewe Audi regarding an issue with my Q4, the service department called back and agreed to take a look at the car/issue and was offered an appointment fairly quickly, took the car in and was agreed after an inspection that there was an issue and agreed to have the car back in for a few days at a later date and also offered a courtesy car. Car went back in at a later date, and was repaired sooner than expected, a full explanation of what had been replaced was provided and if any further issues to let them know, pleased to say no further issues so far, so thanks to Crewe Audi and Mark on the service team for promptly resolving the issue.
Great service from Crewe Audi. Dropped my car off 9/1/25 for a service very snowy morning and the plan was for my wife to pick me up. Unfortunately the weather was that bad she could not drive l explained the situation to the service agent who pulled out all the stops to get me back on the road by noon. Well done Audi Crew
Amazing customer service! My car went in for some work and Ryan made the whole process completely stress free and put my mind at ease from the get go. He is a Really top bloke and couldn’t have made it any easier
An excellent service from Crewe Audi. Started with booking in my car for its annual service and MOT, easily accomplished. My car was collected at just after 9 am as arranged. I was contacted in the afternoon to say that my car had passed its MOT and that the service had been completed, I was advised that my brake pads would eventually need replacing, but would be ok for a few thousand miles yet ! My car was returned to me, very clean and tidy and all paperwork handed over by the lovely guy (sorry don’t know his name). Altogether a 5 star service- thank you Crewe Audi .
I was very pleased with the service I got when I booked my car for the annual service on Mon 23 Sept 2024. The reception staff were very courteous and helpful. ( the cups of tea were much appreciated). Our service advisor was excellent, and thanks to his input, we were very pleased to have the car completed 2 hours before the scheduled time. Thanks also to the service technician.
