All items needs to be replaced or suggested to replace are clearly provided video and table for me to consider and approve online via sms link. The receptionist and engineer are well trained and provide all suggestions based on safety as top priority. You can trust this shop and their staffs. Also, the latest tire change service is excellent, I don’t see any major markup at all. Recommended to try Crewe Volkswagen if you are looking for a trusted store in long term.
Excellent service as usual the staff on arrival were very polite and helpful I've used Crewe vw for many years quality service i wouldn't trust any other garage with my golf thank you.
Once again great service from the team at Crewe VW. After a fault appeared on the dashboard and fixing the necessary replacement parts the fault was still present. Despite going down several blind alleys the service department made it their mission to fully resolve the problem - which they did. Throughout I was kept fully informed of the situation and never felt things were progressing in a vacuum. Thanks to all the Service and Mechanical team at Crewe VW
Staff were very helpful when my car was booked in for a service. It was ready on time and I was kept updated. Washed and vacuumed the car too. Staff are always friendly and polite at Crewe VW. Thank you
