Since being recommended the garage for my Mini Cooper service a few years ago I have used them several times and have never been disappointed. At the end of last year I also had a gear transmission fault and after doing the diagnostics I was talked through two possible options to resolve . The cheaper one was actually recommended as it was felt the more expensive option was not necessary. It worked and I was very grateful for the honesty. Often garages get bad press when quoting for women, but not this garage. Will be using them next time I need any work done. Highly recommend!
Got to be straight up with these Guys I pulled up with my car soon as I got out was greeted by a cool staff he was doing something he directed me to the office that so I proceed to the office and again greeted by two gents in a nice tidy clean warm comfy office I told them my problem with my car they Promptly checked for parts straight away gave me a price they even themselves went out to check under the bonnet with what was problem with car Very professional and straight up no time wasting I did see a lot of BMW getting work done on a lot of cars I well defo recommended company for BMW & Mini Got a problem they can fix it 🚗🚘 I ordered my part Big thanks to D&T WISE Ps why pay more save money by them 👍🏻
Grear diagnosis and repair on a water leak on my car. Really nice people, very knowledgeable and give their honesty opinion and advice. I would recommend this garage to anyone with a BMW or Mini as they specialise on these cars using genuine parts and at a more competitive price than a main dealer 👍
My Mini Cooper vehicle status displayed a ‘drivetrain’ error which I have learned can cover a multitude of problems. D&T Wise ran diagnostics which flagged an exhaust vanos fault. I was quoted £945 for work and all parts should they need replacing. My car got fixed this week, only the valves needed to be replaced so cost was £476. So happy to have found an efficient honest garage. I would highly recommend the team.
This place is a hidden gem of a mechanics. Top notch service, honest advice & decent prices. Used to have my BMW serviced at a main dealership - won't mention the name - but I won't be anymore. Thank you to Dan, Darren & the team 👍
