I could not recommend these enough. Me being a donut drove forward into wood (I was in a car park) and my bumper got stuck so I could not move. I called green flag who basically told me my insurance doesn’t cover it and I would have to claim from my car insurance. NO THANK YOU. They recommended Dynes, so I called and spoke to a wonderful lady called Ella. She was so understanding and kind, we both laughed at my situation (if I didn’t laugh I would cry) she did everything she could to get me help! They managed to get to me so quickly and managed to get me unstuck with NO DAMAGE!! Could not be more thankful to Ella and the guy (sorry didn’t get his name!) who were both professional and kind! Especially given it was a bank holiday Friday and past 5pm!! Thank you so much!!! (Photos of my tragic accident for you all to have a giggle!!!)
Hi Gary one of your recovery drivers turned up and got our car to the repair place he was a pleasure to have around both helpful and upbeat thank you so much for sending such a lovely man to help us in our awful situation 5 stars for Dynes and Gary
Really good experience at Dynes. I had a water leak and a couple of other bits that needed repairing. Great service from start to finish, I cannot fault them. The lovely receptionist kept me updated on what was happening and price all the way through the process. She was great, friendly and professional. They even accommodated my weird request to know if the water pump was the original water pump. We will definitely be using Dynes again.
