Taking my car without a booking, fitting in amongst booked customers and trying everything to get it back on the road. It was made much harder with parts shortages completely out of their control, but all now fixed and car is drivable again. Very reasonably priced given how long it was with them. Would have no hesitation using them again for my car servicing and repairs. Thanks so much.
Been using H & C for many years and why wouldn't i - if you own a BMW, Merc or Mini you'd be mad not to. They have solved every issue i've had expertly and quickly and they do not cut corners, when they do a job you know it;s been done properly. Highly recommend using Gary and the team.
Brilliant service from Gary and the team. They found a really tricky wiring fault affecting the rear suspension on my BMW 5 series. The communication was excellent. The final bill for the wiring fault, fit new light, service and MOT was really good value for money. I have had my cars serviced here a few times now and would not go anywhere else. 5 Star service!

I booked in with my wife’s X3 rather than pay dealer prices. I did wonder if I should maintain a dealer service record but needn’t have - efficient friendly service with a clean bill of health recorded and presented in paper form..the online records were also updated to the BMW mothership. Superb service from Richard and team, I have decided to have all our vehicles serviced at H&C from now on
