What a fantastic service I received right from my first enquiry for repair to my Transit van. Once the repairs was completed I asked for 2 other quotes on my other vehicles in which I found I didn’t need doing although I was told by a main dealer they needed to be done . Got my other quotes which have been agreed and will be booking in as I felt the fitter was a honest and trustworthy person , so never going back to a main dealer again as they are nothing but a rip off
Darren was absolutely brilliant! I contacted him Monday morning and he was at my address by Wednesday afternoon, fixing me a new clutch. All other garages were quoting me around 2 weeks wait just to diagnose the car. Whilst fitting the new clutch he found a fault with the clutch stick/lever and was able to fix that too. Not only did he provide quality work I found his customer service to be exceptional. He showed me the damage to the old clutch and explained how the fault with the lever had contributed to the burn out. I noticed the contents of his van looked to be well stocked, neat and tidy. Not knowing much about cars I was a little anxious to have a mobile mechanic come to me instead of taking it to a garage but as soon as I met Darren he put my mind at ease and answered any questions I had along with being very reasonably priced! He is a very, very nice man and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you Darren!
I found Maidstone Mobile Mechanic online. I emailed asking for a quote for new brakes (discs & pads) all round. I received a quote for branded parts that was virtually half that of nationally known tyre/brake/exhaust fitters. I made a morning appointment for the work to be carried out on my drive. Darren arrived on time in an exceptionally well fitted out van. Less than 2 hours later, the work was done. Darren was very tidy, polite and professional. He answered questions honestly and using everyday language. I couldn’t have asked for better. I wouldn’t hesitate to ask him to carry out other work on my car (Audi A6 ‘67 plate).
Darren was great. Called me to let me know he was on his way and regardless of the torrential rain he was still able to do the job perfectly. Good customer service, job clearly explained and are very satisfied customer. What was done to replace clutch and slave cylinder.
