I just want to say Richard was amazing through all the drama of getting my car sorted- if I could give him his own review it would be 5 stars easily- make sure you ask for him when doing any major repairs!!! He’s been so helpful going back and forth between the phone and the people actually working on my car. The review lost a star because of the business itself being disorganised. (Not to do with Richard!)
Perfect! They were super helpful, kind and generous. I had an issue with my car and needed it to be checked and they thoroughly checked and clearly explained what was happening along with advise on what to do, free of charge! I would definitely recommend this garage and will be going back in the future
I have been to 2 garages who were not able to help with my car, they were not really interested in putting a little bit more effort to find a reason of the problem. Guys in Mailing Repair Services were very helpful, they found a reason of knocking noise in my car after 15mins and fixed it in another 45min. All same day, without a hassle. Thank you! I definitely recommend this garage if you want to deal with someone who respects your time.
I highly recommend Malling repairs. I don’t take my car anywhere else as they always give a fair price and do a great job. My last visit was free as it only needed a ball bearing popped back into place.
Amazing service, they managed to book me in for an MOT straight away, when I arrived for my appointment time they were so kind and helpful. Richard was especially helpful and made me feel at ease, they sorted my cars problems out straight away and the price was cheaper than I was expecting. Would definitely recommend this garage and will most likely be going back in the future
