Had two new brake light bulbs fitted on 5/2/24. One stopped working after only 6 weeks. Returned to Halfords who removed the bulb, tested it and replaced it free of charge as they decided it must’ve been faulty. Very prompt and efficient service.
Booked car in for back pads to be completed at a very fair price , booked online which was a simple process. Realised my MOT was due so called and asked if they could do it at the same time ( short notice) they said they would do their best to help. Dropped the car at 08.00 and they completed MOT, back brake pads, bulb change, front discs and pads ( bits required to pass MOT) all by midday!!! All fairly priced and the customer service was excellent, polite friendly and kept me informed throughout . Thank you .
