I have been using this garage for over a decade. Today, I am reminded why! The whole process whether service, MOT or repair is very easy and transparent. From the moment you pick up the phone to the moment you collect your car, the system delivers. Courteous, thoughtful, tolerant, professional and price conscious in your favour. As an older female I can remember having not so positive experiences at garages due to gender. Not the case at Queen Anne's. You are a valued customer and treated accordingly. A friendly, trustworthy, reliable and importantly knowledgeable team. Lovely!

I used to use another garage next to my office but they are the opposite end of the customer service spectrum! As long as Queen Anne MoT Centre exist, that’s where I’ll go from now on!
