I saw Mr BMW offered a mobile service so called at 9.30 in the morning. Sean offered to come out straight away which was brilliant. He arrived when he said he would and spent several hours diagnosing and fixing the car, including going off to buy the needed part. Sean was polite and considerate and took a real interest in making sure he could fix the problem. I think Sean offers a fantastic service at a good price and is fairly rare in being able to offer a home service. Thank you Sean.
What a find! My BMW M4 Competition needed a new rocker cover and gasket kit. Work that was way beyond my abilities and at BMW they wanted way too much money! I found Mr BMW "Sean" online and could not have been luckier! Sean is totally competent, totally professional and did the work for me at my place with excellent efficiency ! What looked like open heart surgery on the engine to me, was a calm and methodical process by Sean. This is the first time I've ever used anyone other than a BMW main dealer under my bonnet, and I'm glad that I did. I saved a stack of money. Sean fitted the genuine BMW parts that I purchased direct from BMW and his knowledge of BMW car engines is unrivalled, being that he's a qualified BMW mechanic. He totally put me at ease. Nice guy. Sean arrived right on time to complete a major service on my BMW 7 series. The service cost was great value and Sean also investigated and resolved an intermittent complex electronics fault. He used a software patch from Germany which demonstrates his skill and professional knowledge. Very highly recommended. Phil
Sean did an excellent job in a timely manner. There was a central lock fault in my bmw 3 series which meant that only the driver side door could be opened. He quickly diagnosed the problem to be a blown fuse and managed to replace it. For context, the fuse box is inside the glove box and it’s very hard to reach without the passenger side door being open. So, I’m very happy with the outcome. Thanks again Sean!
Had trouble with my BMW M2 not starting. Mr BMW was able to squeeze me in very quickly to get me back on the road. He managed to diagnose the issue and get it fixed in no time. He even dropped me a message a week later to make sure I had no more problems. Would recommend him to everyone!
