Peter’s customer service is among the best I’ve received. Communication was fantastic throughout and also included photographic updates of the work. Pick and drop off service was extremely helpful and the quality of the workmanship was 100% Car went in for a stone chip/dent repair on the bonnet. Not only was this fixed but also every other little blemish on the bonnet Would happily recommend his services to friends and family. 10 out of 10.
Absolutely amazing! I received excellent customer service right from the get-go. When I scraped my front bumper, I came across Peter Cook on Google, after reading the positive reviews, I contacted him through WhatsApp and he got back to me quickly. I sent through a few photos of my car and he was prompt with the quote, he picked my car up on Thursday afternoon and dropped it back this afternoon (Saturday) and, oh my goodness! To say I was happy with the work he did is an understatement; I was thrilled! He also cleaned it inside and out and never before has it looked so shiny. The price was very reasonable, especially for how quick it was to fix and the level of care and detail is outstanding. I cannot recommend this man enough, thank you so much Peter!

Excellent. Fast, friendly and exemplary service for the sourcing and replacement of my broken wing mirror unit. Peter was in constant communication with me with updates throughout and Robert did a wonderful job of the respray and replacement of the unit. The included collection and return service from my home (as well as a wash and valet of the car!) was also very much appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend and would definitely use in the future. Thank you!
