Knowledgable and will do their best to fix on the day but if parts are needed then they always schedule in for the next working day which is impressive and gives us peace of mind. Have had multiple great experiences here so about time we left a review! Thank you!
Never once had a bad experience here. Today investigating a slow puncture they've highlighted a crack in the alloy, which is going to be pricey! To soften the blow they've refused to accept any payment for the inspection undertaken, a token of any solid business in my eye. Always pleasant and without fault I'd thoroughly recommend these guys at Kwik Fit Horsham!
Huge thanks to Chris at Kwik Fit Horsham, woke up to a flat tyre with a 100mile round trip looming the same day. Their diary was full until later in the day but Chris managed to squeeze me in and get it all sorted in plenty of time. Really appreciate you getting me sorted so quickly, Thank you
Huge thank you to Chris and the team at Kwik Fit Horsham who provided me with great advice and service whilst being extremely accommodating to help efficiently resolve a problem that required 4 x new wheels plus tyres at a very reasonable price urgently. I had spoken to other vendors for price comparisons but non could come close. What impressed most was the teams willingness to act quickly as having a young family and being without a car is a significant challenge. They helped limit the impact and get us back up and running very quickly. Thank you Kwik Fit Horsham!
They were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the whole process. They fixed my flat tyre which turned out to be a valve issue. Would highly recommend!
