Once again Lisa Brown has demonstrated her professionalism, in-depth knowledge of the vehicle and her commitment to customer care. Following her visit to experience the new RAV she sent photos of the colour we wanted, as there were no showroom examples at the time. Outstanding service - and the car is amazing too!
