Easy to book in and even offered (without asking) if I wanted an estimated cost of the work before booking and sent me a helpful parts and labour breakdown. Good communication for collection too. Also easy parking for dropping the car in. Not sure why so many garages struggle with the basics really, but they do, especially some of the main dealers. Not the case with Addspeed though. Excellent service from Addspeed and will be back next time I need any work doing.
My neighbour recommended Addspeed to me as I needed some extensive work to be carried out on my Mercedes A35 AMG - oil leak required removal of engine and gearbox. In the midst of that work being carried out - they discovered other issues that needed rectifying. Mark and the team have been outstanding throughout. Communication all the way throughout has been excellent and very reasonable pricing ( in comparison to Mercedes quotes). Nothing is too much bother for them and they know their stuff, no unnecessary repairs and costs. Highly recommended.
Excellent work on my Porsche! Competitive prices and very flexible with bookings. They provide good advice and suggestions for any outstanding future work. Communication is also top notch. Well done 👍😃
I can only thank the team at Addspeed for providing a great 1st class service. Admittedly my car (a Mini - not a Porsche) went in for a service and to fix one problem and they diagnosed a bigger issue which did need correcting. The advice, service and consideration to my situation was second to none. Many thanks to Amy, Rachel and Mark (the mechanic) who fixed the problem. Hugely appreciated
