We got a puncture 2 minutes from Broadbridge Heath Garage and popped in to see if they could help. They had the car in the garage and the wheel off in minutes. We then had a very honest discussion about whether it was fixable, they tried and when it didn't work they found a part worn tire to get us on are way and then just charged us £24 !! Amazing friendly service, they went above and beyond and then some.
I've been a loyal customer of Broadbridge Heath Garage for the past 10 years, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Their service has consistently been exceptional, and I've never had any complaints. The staff are always friendly and approachable, creating a welcoming atmosphere every time I visit. They provide high-quality work at reasonable prices, making them my go-to choice for all car maintenance and repair needs I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Highly recommended!
Excellent from start to finish. Great local business with friendly and helpful staff. Genuine and honest compared with the big name brands who will try and oversell you everything. Price was great as well for the work done and my vehicle was treated very well. Dealt with the lovely Carrie throughout who always had a smile on her face and kept me well informed of everything that was happening with my vehicle. Can't fault Broadbridge Heath Garage at all. Would 100% recommend them to anyone!
I’ve always had such a positive experience with this garage. I moved to the area 3 years ago and have used them for all my repairs, services and MOTs since. Excellent customer service from James, Carrie and the team and can’t recommend them highly enough for service and value. Very reasonable prices and they don’t rip you off. James actually saved me a significant amount of money with his honesty about the problem with my car and researching that it could be repaired under warranty with the manufacturer directly.
