They went above and beyond to help us when we encountered a gearbox issue with our car. After diagnosing the problem, they provided a detailed quote and even advised us to check if our warranty could cover the repairs, showing they genuinely care about their customers rather than just making a sale. Unfortunately, the initial quote was out of our budget, and while our warranty company couldn’t cover the full cost, they suggested removing the faulty part to have it repaired offsite. When I approached Steven with this alternative, he was incredibly understanding and agreed to work with us. Not only did they remove and refit the part, but they also went the extra mile by liaising with the warranty company and ensuring our car was secured in their garage overnight for added peace of mind. The service we received was exceptional, and it’s clear why this team has no bad reviews. Their professionalism, expertise, and willingness to help their customers are second to none. Simon, Steven, and the entire team—thank you for all your help in getting our car back on the road. You’ve earned a loyal customer! Highly recommended!
Great service - Very friendly, honest and knowledgeable team. I recently used this garage for an issue on my A6. Steve was very accommodating and their prices are very competitive vs others. True experts in their field.
First time using this garage. Really nice , accommodating and not extortionate like the main dealers . I'm very happy I have found a specialist who can look after my VW.
Great local garage, specialist VAG mechanics. I took my Audi Q5 in for a timing belt and also recently my VW ID3. Speaking to the lead mechanic, he had over 20+ years experience in VW which gave me huge confidence I took my car to the right place. I got a service and new brake pads on the ID3 and they even gave me a loan car for the car until the service was completed which was really convenient. Thank you! Recommended garage
Had low coolant and steve gave me great advice after having a look and helped me on my way. Would highly recommend these guys as they are clearly in it to help people out.
