The cars are not released into your care unless the technicians are completely satisfied with the performance. We have never returned a car for fault not addressed . Irrespective of the age of the vehicle each vehicle is handled in the same manner . The receptionist may as well be a technician with the level of information provided to customers.It is advisable to call first due to the amount of bookings which are ongoing.
A really good and honest garage. Been using this garage for a few years now and for 2 years running they have charged me less than quoted for servicing as the car mileage didn't warrant the bigger job. All the staff are super helpful and so much value in knowing they will never overcharge.
Absolutely outstanding service, friendly, kind, welcoming and 100% professional. Gaz, Adam and the team went above and beyond to help me with my car. I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done for me and the advise they gave. I will be recommending them to everyone I know. 🤩
Gaz and Lynn are absolutely amazing at GVB, really friendly, professional and kind. I had an absolute nightmare at RAC and Lynn made my experience on her end perfect. The garage stayed open for me past their opening hours as an exception to get my job done. The quality of the work was excellent. Thanks you again Gaz and Lynn !
