I cannot fault the service they provide and their very reasonable charges. They will only carry out essential work and you do not feel like you are being overcharged or having work done just for the sake of it. This is very rare and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a good quality mechanic. Plus they are very nice people too!
I’m a Delivery driver I’ve had major issues with my van while on my route . I tried multiple garages in and around the area no one wanted to help. I tried my luck with PCM and to my surprise not only were they amazingly helpful they fix my problem with out any issues not only did they fix my issue he would not accept payment. I can’t recommend this garage highly enough. I will be going there for all work to be completed in the future and will recommend to all my friends and family if you are looking for a friendly reliable garage, look no further, then PCM, an amazing satisfactory customer experience that not only saved my day and took away all my stress.
Came here on a off chance as we put too much oil in the car, the gentleman was so nice and took the time to make sure it was done properly and wouldn't accept payment and told us to buy our son an ice cream instead. Will be using this garage from now on, amazing customer service and genuine people.
Took my car to the garage for squeaky brakes, I thought the brakes needed change. I left my car with the mechanic, he had a look and tested the car, brakes etc… and he called me and told me that I don’t need to change the brakes as they were fine. The mechanic was very honest and told me the truth. He didn’t even charge me for checking. I would recommend this garage as it’s not the first time I’ve used it. The mechanic is very friendly and as I wrote above, honest. Thank you, I appreciate you very much.
