Kia said we'd have to wait until January to have it looked at and we were quoted £500 by our recovery company just to have it collected and taken to the nearest garage. A few garages I called, including Kwik Fit, said they weren't equipped to help as they didn't have staff trained with EV. Paul went and sought advice from his team at Autocare and assured us that not only did they think they could fix it but they would fit us in immediately. He helped advise my husband on how to jump start the car and saved us £500 on that alone. The team replaced the battery, same day and we couldn't be more grateful. Paul was friendly, knowledgable and trustworthy. We will definitely be returning customers!
Autocare provides a good level of service and you can see that they are careful with the work that they carry out. They are usually helpful.
Needed my clutch replacing as it kept slipping. I rang around and found Autocare Cheshunt were the best priced. I booked in, quick service and a good job well done. Very happy with the service, the price and the staff were great. No problems recommending and will use again in the future.
