He really looked after the car, using wooden planks to stop the splitter and diffuser from scraping. Knows his stuff when it comes to cars and is just a sound guy all round. Can’t recommend him enough!

A fantastic response to me when I was stranded and needed help. Great communication keeping me updated on progress towards me, arrived when he said he would. He was friendly, helpful, efficient and got me and my car home safely and in good time. Price was reasonable and to be honest was less than I feared it would be. Eric is a legend. Yesterday I was involved in an accident on the motorway. My vehicle was sent to a pound in Waltham Abbey. Written off. I had to get it recovered and scrapped the next day due to daily storage charges which were expensive. I phoned this company on an off chance and wow the level of professionalism was off the chart. Eric constantly communicated with me. Due to me not finding some documents it became very stressful but he helped me so much. The pound helped me too and Eric collected my vehicle. Exceptional and outstanding company and highly recommended 👌
Amazing recovery service. My partner and I were left stranded in Hertfordshire late on a Sunday night. After waiting 5+ hours for RAC to arrive, Star came in an hour. Great customer service, they let me know exactly when the truck would arrive and how much it would cost. Prices were excellent, especially for 10pm on a rainy Sunday night. The driver was extremely quick, professional and gave us full confidence and we had a great ride back home in the van. Cannot recommend highly enough. 5*
