Had the best experience at GTCoachworks. I had badly damaged my rear bumper & was recommended to take it here. Paul came to my house & taped bumper so it was drivable while they waited for the new bumper. Within days my car was repaired & looked like new. Car was cleaned inside & out! This week my husband had his front bumper renewed after someone reversed into him. Again a 1st class job. Will always highly recommend.
After visiting two other bodywork establishments, who didn't seem interested in my older car repairs, I was really impressed by the customer service i received. The reception guy Paul was helpful and arranged for an estimator to take a look at the damage. Tony was really helpful and gave me a rough price which they then calculated accurately via the damage repair estimate that was mailed to me the next day. Compared to the other two rough prices that I had obtained they are competitively priced. I am still dealing with the 3rd party so haven't had the work completed yet. But first impressions have been really positive.
Went in to get an estimate for bodywork. Very good first impression, clean and tidy office with job sheets neatly on the board. Paul was very helpful and booked my car in after the estimate was done. 5 stars so far, will update this review when the work is completed.
