Took in my Audi RS5 which had been to two local garages as well as the Audi main dealership. Nobody could resolve the problem with the GHOST that was left on the vehicle without instructions for use. All attempts to find a resolution failed. I was given the details of Maltech and to be honest I was reluctant to even try as I had already spent so much time and money trying to resolve the issue. Mal took the car in found the problem and fixed it within an hour! I have never been so shocked in my entire life, I genuinely am still in disbelief, I have had this car in this unusable state for 12 months and now it's been resolved in one hour! And at a minimal cost. 100% trustworthy company and they have now won themselves a new customer. Thank you so much Mal.
Visited Maltech today to get the Can-Phantom system fitted to my van. Great experience, lovely clean garage, and a perfect job done with the install. Mal fully explained the functionality and ensure I was happy before I drove off. Over the moon with the job, and what a friendly welcome from Mal & John. Thanks guys.
Superb service from start to finish. The work was quoted and completed at HALF the cost of another garage and at their earliest convenience. No pushy after sales trying to scare me into extra work like I've had from other garages. Friendly and helpful staff and nice to see a female mechanic in there! Approaching a garage can be intimidating for ladies (sad but true). I would urge you to use this company with no fears or hidden agendas. Will most certainly be staying loyal. Thanks everyone ☺️
