I went into the Garage first to seek advice on the best options available for my car. Then I ordered them & booked an appointment online. The new look reception area looks fab. The female receptionist is so friendly & helpful too.
Booked car in online for service and mot was easy and straight forward. Receptionist was very polite and friendly.Service was completed in good time and I was contacted when car was ready by James who gave me details of the service and anything extra that was recommended or required but no obligation to do this. I would not hesitate to bring my car here again.
All the staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and courteous from drop off to collection of my vehicle. I was kept fully informed throughout and given a full cost breakdown prior to collection, ensuring there were no 'suprises' on pick up. An all round good customer experience from start to finish.
Very friendly and polite people. I really love the big boss mr James and the receptionist Kelly. They are doing such an amazing job and trying all their best to help me solve my car issue. I was having issue with my glow plugs, power lost and many more and they sort it out like a magic in an affordable price. Best regards (bright bus driver)
I got an MOT appointment at short notice, whilst there I was advised by one of the managers to join the HALFORD’s membership club so the MOT was free, plus I received 5% discount on new parts required AND I now get 5% discount in all Halfords stores for any purchases I make in the next year. WIN WIN!
