My uncle highly recommended them, and he was an insurace adjuster/ assessor for years , so he knew many in the motor trade dealing with clients for years . So he wouldn't just single these out for being highly professional and of quality service. Got my mercedes up and running after 3 years stood . The mechanic phoned me to explain the process and job scope . Would recommend anyone to use these first. Go, nowhere else . Genuine as they come . Quality workman ship .
Used Prestige for years (non Mercedes cars). Always been excellent. Very busy so you do need to book in advance- although they do try to accommodate if you are really stuck.
I have an old E class 2007 that has been to prestige twice- a gearbox service and recently annual service. On both occasions great communication, high quality workmanship with an actual repair rather than box changing (!) a sensible approach to keeping an older car going, and very competitive pricing make it my number one go to garage for Mercedes Kevin Tony and the admin staff are very personable Highly recommended

These guys (and Lady) have looked after my Mercedes Vito Traveliner Bus since purchasing it. We bought our pride and joy for our 25th Wedding Anniversary present, and we want it to make memories. I had the Gearbox serviced and asked them to check it over, it’s since been back to get new brakes to hopefully give us a few years of piece of mind that the brakes won’t wear out. From phoning to get quotes, booking in and collecting my bus, this company have been professional and friendly. I will certainly be using them to look after my bus. ***Edit*** The brakes Prestige fitted developed a noise. It’s been back to Prestige 2 times to get rectified. Prestige have been persistent at sorting my brake issue out. Kevin has personally took over the issue and been nothing but fantastic. They’ve been very fair and customer satisfaction is obviously a high priority for them.
