Absolutely fantastic customer service . The young lady who booked it was very nice . Then, when I went to pick up my motorhome, the mature older lady, what a diamond . The most genuine , polite lady I've spoken to for years . It made my visit worthwhile just to be in conversations with her . She duly took my payment . I was directed to go for repairs here as my uncle had dealings with the late Ray who started the business . My uncle was an insurance adjudicator. He had many dealings with this garage over the years and said Ray Armstrongs was always the best . He was never greedy , never tried to claim more money from customers for breakdowns and storage . He was one of the best garages about . ( and he dealt with 100s). His son Craig, who now runs the garage, has the same work ethos and work commitment Excellent job he has done on my MoHo . Good advice and fair price . Can't complain . It must be them lovely, sandwiches he has made every day for his lunch . That's just a private joke . I'm definitely taking my MoHo there for an MOT and any other repairs ..

My parents have been using this garage since the 80s and never had a bad experience. I've used the garage a number of times, staff are always polite and helpful. The service is always top class. 100% trustworthy. When they've competed the work, they show you the old parts, explain what they've done and why. Offer good advice on after care. Prices are competetive, but the most important thing to me is I trust I've paid for quality and professional work.
Needed a garage urgently to do my MOT. They fit me in on the same day. Excellent service, friendly mechanics and the lady running round organising them all was lovely too. Definitely would recommend and will be back.
