Got a puncture on the ring road around Shrewsbury at the beginning of a long road trip involving elderly parent and a hospital appointment. I nursed the car along to the nearest huge chain tyre and exhaust shop who couldn't help (too busy, no tyres, having lunch) so went to next nearest. Tyre Force are set on a back lot, you wouldn't see them in passing, but they are there, just being quietly magnificent. Perry looked at the problem, provided a solution (which wasn't straight forward) and all sorted within the hour. Lovely lady in the office too. When thanking them, they waved me away with a "we're all here to help each other". All done extremely professionally and an excellent price. Can't thank or recommend them enough. (I haven't forgotten, I'll pop in to collect my spare this week ;)) thank you again x
Got myself in a bit of a tizzy doing work myself on the front end of my car. Called these guys first thing in the morning, they said bring it down and we'll take a look. By that very afternoon all of my issues were resolved, and they'd given me all the advice I could have asked for to get the job finished. Absolutely exceptional customer service, at a very reasonable price. You guys deserve all the trade coming your way! Massive Thanks :D
We are on holiday 200miles from home when my exhaust went. This firm came highly recommended. They looked at the car for us and ordered the part which arrived and was fitted the next day. The service and customer service were professional and fantastic. Highly recommend this company.
Absolutely fantastic service. In desperate need of some help on a journey to get to a holiday. Everyone was so friendly and helpful in getting the van back on the road, late on a Friday afternoon. Can't recommend enough. Thank you!
