He identified a few cars on site which was suitable to our budget and wants. We picked a vehicle test drove it same day and within 4 days we came to pick it up. throughout the process kept us informed and really positive Would recommend the salesman and garage to anyone needing a new car!
We came a week ago to purchase another car , as ours went to car heaven . We have used care stores now byd as customer services has always been amazing . This time was no exception, we felt with Ryan who was fair and logical as we were unsure on cars that we wanted or could afford . We were able to test drive a few cars but discussed going fully electric , no pressure had and we returned the next day to road test a pole star 2 , as hubby fell in love at first sight. Being logical and discussing again with Ryan we took the byd model for a run and fell in love straight away . It really was no brainer . Today we collect our first brand new 2025 model . Can’t thank Ryan enough for guiding us through the process . Couldn’t be happier . Thanks Ryan xxx William and Nicki
