I have been coming to First Car Shrewsbury for over 18 years now. I am a driving instructor and my cars need servicing more around 3-4 times a year. Jon and his team has always been able to accommodate for my needs. I wouldn’t trust anyone else taking care of my cars. Highly recommended mechanics!!! Not always the cheapest (because they use OEM spec parts, not Ebay parts) but trustworthy and professional!
My car had a service and MOT. I appreciated the tick sheet of items checked and the reasonable price charged. It was good to have my car collected and returned to me. I am likely to use the garage next year for my service and MOT. One complaint. Why was it necessary to add an air freshener in the car? It went straight in the bin as soon as possible . The scent was so over- powering that it affected my breathing.
Cannot thank these guys enough. My car broke down & I needed new brake discs, pads and calipers. They fixed it within one day and got me back on the road. Service with a smile- Sally was truly excellent as I’m sure the mechanics were too, but I did not speak to them. I cannot recommend these guys enough, I would use again for sure! 👌❤️
