Stopped at HiQ Shrewsbury today without a booking. My battery warning light had come on briefly earlier that day on a 70 mile drive to Shropshire. Howell kindly checked the battery and lights / electrics on my Peugeot. I was able to return home safely and with confidence and was really grateful for his help. Highly recommend for their customer service. Cheers guys!

The Manager here Stu has exceptional customer service. Not just the two occasions I have used the service's here but whilst waiting every single customer gets A1 attention. I have witnessed honesty every time with all customers. Little old Ladies told their car didn't need XYZ. I have been to a fair few garages in Shrewsbury and it's here that definitely feels fair, honest non pushy with great care from booking all the way to collection.
Stuart and the team always do an excellent job and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thanks guys!
