I have now brought my last 2 electric MG's from Rawlingson, in Bury St Edmunds. I have been extremely happy with both purchases. I have recently upgraded to the MG4 and it has been brilliant. The service i had when buying the car was fantastic from Becky. I did get offered a great deal at another garage, but as I've been so happy with the service I get at Bury St Edmunds I wanted to carry on buying my cars from there. They managed to match the price I was offered. The car was delivered within 2 weeks and Becky showed me how to use all the features on the car, which I have found extremely easy to use. The service staff are great too and the service reception team. I would highly recommend buying your car from here. I shall definitely be buying my next car from there again.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience with a friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable team. I’d like to give special recognition to Becky, who went the extra mile to resolve any issues we had.
We dealt with Tom Garland and found him a very helpful and engaging man. He gave us his advice and also the space to make up our own minds. We wouldn't hesitate to see him again if we are looking for a car.
Everyone we spoke to was extremely helpful and friendly, even though I am a Motability customer I was still dealt with like a human being. Which is a nice change as other companies have treated me like a second class citizen. Really helpful, kept me informed all the way through the process and made the actual handover a pleasure. Really happy with the service I received, every member of staff we spoke to was, friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were happy.
