And a fair price, not like a main dealership, have recommended to all Landrover owners I meet as a trustworthy company… service, MOT and any faults on both my Range Rover’s for the past 4 years, cannot recommend them enough… thanks MANSFIELD for everything…..
Owned Land Rovers since 1995 snd have always have used Independent Land Rover specialists. My Disco 5 had an issue, which needed a small part, but as with all modern designs , to replace takes a number of hours labour. Mansfield found the issue really quickly, it was booked in and without asking they offered a courtesy car straight away. Even before taking the car in for repair, had a phone call with.a contingency plan in case the car was not ready for the weekend and they automatically extended the loan car. Superb comms, precise and clear diagnosis and I would say good price value as well. Impressed enough to say, since moving home to Suffolk (from all over the planet) it’s fabulous to know the support is there when needed or for routine stuff (services, MOT etc., ) and without doubt the best Independent Land Rover specialists I have seen in 30 years. Very happy.
These guys know their stuff!! Excellent service, they do exactly the same as the main dealers, though based on the conversations I had with them, do it using staff with considerably more knowledge, passion, common sense and pride. You don’t get a fair trade coffee in a fancy cup, get to speak with a ditzy blonde with massive lips or have your car cleaned with a smeary rag but am happy to buy my own coffee on the way home and the internet is full of ditzy blondes and am happy to clean my own car. They were £700 cheaper than the quote from the main dealer…… quite a saving. Excellent.
Brilliant as usual.. I know it cost me money when I come here ... but I don't care they are such a great team .. the man who booked my car in is a very good guy .. so helpful.. plus I know the technicians will sort out my problem.. amazing place
