Joined the club they have and got the fee back when I had my MOT done. The only issue is the accessibility. Getting in isn’t SO bad, but getting out is a bit of a production. Staff were nice and helpful.
Firstly, they could source the tyres that I wanted. When I booked the fitting appointment I forgot to ask for a wheel alignment check and adjust but when I later asked for that to be added to the fitting appointment there was no problem, only a warning that, unsurprisingly, it would take a little longer. The tyres were brought into stock and fitted very quickly and finally, when having left their premises I reported that I thought that I might have a problem, which it turned out that I didn't, they made time for the car to be returned to them immediately to perform a thorough examination. All of this was done in a calm and professional manner in spite of the staff being obviously very busy. I thought that overall they should be congratulated for excellent customer service.
A special thanks to Sam especially for sorting out my polo, never been better! Halfords will be where take my car back forever now , such great guys and always up for laugh! Would recommend!
First time using Halfords for an mot, lease car so not my choice of venue BUT I was very impressed with the service, I was told my car would be ready by 11.15 having dropped it off at 8.30..I was very sceptical...but bang on 11.15 I got a call to say it was ready. Thank you to the lovely lady on reception I will be back with my own car in the future
Had a great experience with the Halfords Garage. Had all sorts go wrong with my car all at once and the team were super helpful. Definitely going to be my regular garage from now on 🙏🏻
