I could not recommend this enough, I have come in contact with at least 7 of their employees, all of them wonderful. From the first phone call they made me feel confident and like I was the most important customer they have ever had (not that I ever expect that anywhere), what I mean is that all of them went above and beyond to help. I have no doubt that I will not be using any other services. Thank you again guys, I am absolutely positive that you are all good people. Thank you.
Thank you so much Steer for the repairs carried out on my vehicle. My Seat Toledo needed a lot of work doing and my insurance company sent me to steer for the repairs. They kept me updated with the entire process from start to finish and the car looks fantastic. I could not be happier with the service provided and would like to thank all the staff at bury st Edmund’s for being so helpful and friendly. I will recommend to family and friends! Thank you
Thank you Danielle for all your help with my car. You have been so helpful and no thanks to Aviva and AX who have made my life a living hell for nearly 3 months without my car which wasn’t my fault. Due to Danielle at Steer she made everything for me perfect got my car sorted and authorised for my repair to be completed. Making sure AX who were the hire car company knew what was going on. Danielle organised for me to just drop the hire car off with her at Steer so i could just collect my car once the work was completed. Danielle was in talks to Aviva and AX the whole time since my car was with them October 2024. Aviva have been the worse insurance I have ever used. Steer has made my journey very seamless the work that has been done to my car excellent and thank you to Danielle for everything. There is not many people today who actually care 😊😊
