I am sure there are cheaper places but I found it good value. The software to show the issues with the car and accepting the suggested repairs was superb - and its ability to spread payments. It feels like a main dealer but is staffed by people who really care. Great work team.
Very good and easy system in place to approve work. Like how you get pictures of the work being done on the system. Didn't use it but good idea how you can pay over time for things too. Highly recommend!
Always incredible service. We use these for the MOTs on all our cars and I always trust they'll be giving us the best price and service possible. They're always really accommodating and make sure drop off and pick up of the cars can be done at an easy time. A definite recommendation!
Used for the first time today my MOT was done quickly and I was contacted as soon as it was ready for collection. I was given really good advice and I will defiantly be bringing my car back for some work that needs carrying out on it. Thanks again. Will.
5 star customer service, thank you. To have a garage who are big enough to help & still show they care about you as a customer is unique. Their automated interactions- CRM & forms/updates are far smoother than main dealers (e.g. Mercedes), and yet they still retain a ‘family run’ feel where you feel valued as a customer. Couldn’t recommend highly enough, won’t entertain going anywhere else
