Very friendly and everything was explained in terms simple enough for me to understand. They went above and beyond and I couldn't recommend them enough.
Addendum: visited today (8 January 2025) and again, the team was fantastic. Short wait time, efficient and professional work followed by good advice and ... a cup of coffee thrown in. What's not to like? The guys saved me money and clearly explained what the issue was. Thank you. I would give six stars if I could, and here's why. Car dashboard indicated heavy pressure loss in one tyre on long drive back home yesterday. Car slowed down rapidly and became difficult to drive. Managed to make it home and saw tyre hugely deflated so assumed I needed a new tyre and booked/paid online in advance. Guys at KF advised no new tyre needed, did full tyre check free of charge, pressurised all tyres to correct PSI and - note this - processed full refund immediately! Loss of pressure likely due to terrible road conditions in area with deep potholes etc ... They could have changed the tyre and charged me. I would not have known better ... Honesty, kindness, professionalism and great work ethos. Thank you!
