Can’t fault Martin Wrights one bit. Excellent service every time my partners BMW has been in. Quick and efficient to get the job complete so he wasn’t without for too long. Excellent communication from them regarding timings and costs. Have no complaints. As a female, talking to a car garage can sometimes be overwhelming but Diane on reception is so lovely and welcoming and makes everything as easy as possible. Thank you Di and all the staff at Wrights! Will always recommend from now on
Excellent service, workmanship and price, as well as being decent people to deal with. I saved a considerable amount vs. main dealer quote on my M2 service and don't feel short changed at all. The job was carried out to schedule, the Idrive updated properly and the work has been recorded on the BMW system so my cars history is as it should be. Wouldn't hesitate in using Martin Wrights again or recommending them. Thank you.
