You get welcomed by some very lovely ladies on reception and some friendly dogs. They keep you updated on what's happening, they won't carry out any work until they have priced it up and checked you are happy to go ahead. And they even gave me a courtesy car to use at no charge. I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you 😊
Great service and friendly staff. Garage rang me at every stage when diagnosing an intermittent fault to ask how I wanted to proceed, and an accurate estimation of costs for each stage. They gave me honest advice about things I asked them to do that turned out to be unnecessary, saving me money. I would not hesitate to recommend Yardley's. A true local firm, who look out for their customers ☆☆☆☆☆
Took car in for DPF clean and the service was excellent. Really friendly and helpful staff and problem was sorted in 2 days. Had the chance to speak to the mechanic as well and he talked me through, and showed me, the problems. Even had a warm welcome from Dave! Recommended 👍 Absolutely fantastic garage - can’t speak highly enough of them. Fixed both of my DPF problems quickly and kept me informed along the way. Recently had 2 springs go and both times they fitted me in as an emergency - even managed to do one instance on the same day as I needed the car back urgently. Fantastic people, really helpful and most of all trustworthy. Excellent business.
When you walk into reception it's what I call "old school". Love "old school". Couple of lovely dogs always meet you with a smile. Reception ladies always friendly and knowledgeable and so easy to get on with. This is an old school garage which thankfully has not changed in years and may that continue for many more years. Thank you as always 👍
Have brought vehicles here for many years (all sorts) best place I have ever known for peace of mind car care. They are genuine, value for money honest owners.
