They provided me with quick and accurate diagnostic services and even went out of their way to help me communicate with the dealer, which they didn't have to do. I really appreciate their assistance and would definitely recommend their services. Thank you!
Had a wheel alignment check done on my car. From the booking with Katie to the end I was highly satisfied. Adi who carried out the work it was flawless. He was great in explaining what was needed and I am booked back in for further work. Nice friendly guys. Keep up the great work!! 5* Definitely recommend!
What a lovely garage this is, such a brilliant crew I was looked after really well, long story short I bought a ford focus st 250 from a dealership, I have had it ten weeks and one day it ran really roughly with smoke pouring out of the exhaust, my warranty never cover the problem I had (fuel injectors) so with a lot of back and fourth from my finance company R2 and my self my finance agreed to pay the outstanding balance after four weeks of r2 having my car, I got it back yesterday with tips from Lewis at r2, as soon as I got back into my car the first thing I noticed was my rev counter stopped bouncing while idling and my petrol went from 26/27 mpg and it’s already on 30mpg and still going up, I’m due a service next month and will be bringing it straight back to theses guys, from start to finish the informed me of everything happening the problem with the car and finally being so patient to receive the money, would highly recommend any sports car owners to come to this garage and I will 100% keep coming back to this garage with any problems with my car, thank you so much for your time and patience guys, now I Finally have my car back thank you all so much
Brought my S2000 here for an underseal treatment. From door to door it was a 390 mile round trip, a distance I'd happily travel again after my experience with R2. I was thoroughly impressed with the care, attention to detail and quality of the whole process. I was kept up to date with messages and photos too. The team were super friendly and helpful, plus it was reassuring to know I was leaving my car in the hands of fellow S2000 enthusiasts. I can now enjoy my car rain or shine without any worry of rust. Thanks again R2!
Well where do I start?... amazing service, very reasonable price for all the work carried out, amazing after care, on time and works completed earlier then I thought. My van broke down, spoke to Katie (very professional and polite), amazingly squeezed me into their busy schedule and booked me in. What I thought would cost me a lot and take a lot of time, Richard made it look simple (as professionals do) and found the problem and sorted it. Thank you so much and would most definitely recommend and give more stars if I could. From now on I will definitely take all my vehicles to yous. Very happy overall. Many thanks again
