One of the best garages in Essex. Mick and his staff really know their business, they are friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. A great service at a fair price
Phoned towards end of day yesterday and squeezed me in for fault finding as to why my rear wiper was playing up and leaking fluid internally even managed to source the part same day and then when i dropped car down there for following day managed to get the work done and saved me loads of aggro of getting to work top service guys n girls keep it up
Cannot rate Mick's Autos highly enough. Exceptional customer service. Always friendly and accommodating. The price was not cheap, but neither were the parts. They were however, very honest and transparent with the prices of parts; including ringing Fords for parts in front of me on speaker phone. I wouldn't go anywhere else. A reliable trustworthy and knowledgeable garage/mechanic are as rare as hen's teeth.
