However if I lived closer I know I'd use them for much more as the service was exemplary and their knowledge excellent. I observed how they dealt with their customers and I was impressed. I'd definitely recommend.
I just want to give a really good feedback about AT Technicians team. I had an experience with them last weekend. My car had a fault and I’ve been trying to fix it few weeks in a few different services. Just completely moving car from one service to another because nobody couldn’t find what is going on with my car. In one service they even kept my car for one and a half week. And still nothing. It was such annoying and frustrating. Then finally one of my relatives gave me good feedback about AT Technicians. Unbelievably they found a fault and solved in less than 40 minutes!!! Can you imagine how happy I was?! They really made my day! They are really knowledgeable, professional and helpful. All team members are very friendly and they do not spare advices. Prices also very good. Only the best feedback and I recommend to anyone. They are worthy more than 5 stars!
AT Technicians received my car via AA, they diagnosed the problem straight away and gave me options to how they could fix my car going forward. I was able to get my hands on a HV battery rather than getting it from Mercedes and this cut the cost dramatically. They was able to fit it and sort out all my error codes and other problems what felt like within a week, that's me getting the car there and getting a HV battery to them, they was super fast at sorting my car out. So glad I found this company, my car will be going here from now on. Really friendly staff, knowledgeable and great communication. Highly recommend them.
Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Had issues with an old A Class. These guys were able to solve without being crooks like some other garages. Ladies at front desk helpful and friendly too. RECOMMEND.
EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGALE!!! Trust worthy, high quality service, can give you advice and repair your car without buying unneeded parts for no reason...very passionate about their work - fair priced! i take 77 mile journey to get to this service and i got all the paper work to back it up.
