Repairs are carried out in a timely manner - I always collected my car on the same day. Communication and honesty are excellent, too - they won't do any repairs without your consent and won't charge you again if something goes wrong on their side. Highly recommended!

I can't express how pleased and grateful that I have found a competent and trustworthy garage for my vehicle. They accomodated my concerns at short notice despite they were stretched with work. I've always stressed about booking in my car for work as I'm sure other vehicle drivers feel the same. None of these fears were realised here. It was my first experience at GSS, It was recommended by a friend and it was one of the best experiences I had with a garage, friendly staff, informative and went above and beyond to help me out, would recommended to everyone.
My Ford Ranger been coming here for many years for Service/MOT/repairs. I wouldn’t take my truck anywhere else. You will get great service from Grays service station. Give them a try as they the best around also great location right next to the train line.
